Recent 10 years, China Government and Chinese Communist Party(CCP) demolish about 6 millions houses/year in People's Republic of China, including my family's and mine. Demolishing people's houses is to sell land, for making money, "creating" housing need, increase GDP; this is China Centrel Government's policy. My family and My deteched commercial property was rebuilt in 2000 in downtown core in ZhengZhou, capital of HeNan province in China ; local government tried all kind of inhumman way even kill owners to force owner to move out since 2002; finally houses in that area including 20-story high and 10-year old towers were demolished in 2006 with blood and state crimes. Up to now, we did not get any compensation. In 2011, local Government offer us same size rough finished appartment titiled for Low-Income, and to make it worse, we are asked to pay $500/square meter. As we refused this kind offer and protesting at city and provincial government/CCP branch, government and CCP use its power to threat us and my family. Since 2013, government and CCP started taking action to demolish my two appartments by XiLiu lake again, there are thirties 7-story appartment buildings built in 2007. In August 2015, China central Government Prime Minister, Li KeQiang stated that in following 3 years, China will continue demolishing 18 millions houses and houses equal to 200 thousands villages to keep the GDP increasing at 7%/year, by the name of help the poor,etc. The fact is same as past to rob the land and.... Today, there are only 10% over 20-year old buildings lefe in ZhengZhou. The whole city and suround town area is demolishing and construction site.
